CANCELLATION POLICY
GOFFIX is the copyright brand of Goffix Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. GOFFIX reserves the right to update/change the policies anytime without prior information, based on internal, external, or statutory requirements.
Kindly review the policy periodically to stay informed of any changes. By continuing to use the GOFFIX website or mobile application, you agree to these policies.
Cancellation by Customer
- Customers may cancel/reschedule requests anytime via GOFFIX platforms or customer care.
- Cancellation/reschedule is allowed up to 30 minutes before a scheduled job, and within 10 minutes for on-time jobs. Cancellation fees apply as per policy.
- Cancellation on provider arrival will incur one unit fee and other applicable charges.
- Repeated cancellations or malicious activity may lead to service suspension or termination.
- No charge if the provider is over 30 minutes late. Please consider traffic, accessibility, and climate before canceling.
- GOFFIX reserves the right to cancel any job due to unforeseen/internal reasons, with due communication.
- Customers cannot cancel/reschedule more than 3 times a day. Repeat offenses may lead to suspension.
Cancellation by Service Provider
- Providers may not cancel jobs after accepting them. Violations may result in penalties or termination.
- Up to 3 cancellations per day allowed. Beyond this, penalties may apply.
- Scheduled jobs must be canceled at least 2 hours in advance. No cancellation allowed for on-time jobs.
- Misbehavior or job cancellations may affect ratings and contract terms.
- Providers must give reasons for cancellations, which are logged for performance tracking.
- Job cancellations due to customer rescheduling are governed by GOFFIX agreement rules.
Refund Policy
Customers are eligible for refunds under the following circumstances:
- False service
- Incomplete job
- Misbehavior by service provider
To request a refund, send an email to
info@goffix.com within 5 days of service. Use the subject line: “Job Reference #-Complaint Category”.
The complaint will be registered within 24 hours, and the final status shared within 7 working days. If approved, the refund will be credited to your GOFFIX wallet within 48 hours (excluding holidays). GOFFIX reserves the right to approve or deny claims after reviewing job records.
Note: Refunds are only applicable to online payments.
